We have 18 days left on our campaign! Be sure to check us out and donate to make Pretty Kitty Fuzzy happen! Be sure to share with your friends and back us if possible! After a short delay with Kickstarter we are going on all cylinders Monday afternoon. We will be campaigning all month, so be sure to tell your friends, family and social media connections about Pretty Kitty Fuzzy. Be sure to like and follow us on Twitter and Facebook!
As the title says, it has been awhile. After dead Plasma has gone on hiatus and we got a cease and desist for "Project Boots", it was really devastating for the team and I. Now we are scaling down more with the creation of Pretty Kitty Fuzzy. Sometimes taking it slow and basic can be rewarding and help you get things rolling. We will return to the two prior games, but right now PKF is our main focus. I will overhaul the way we do things at Ninja Gate Studios and continue to grow as a designer. I've been mostly writing GDD's for projects I plan on designing in the future as well as touch up on some design documents on games that are on hold.
Late 2014 and 2015 has been really taxing on me. I've pressed on making connections and going to seminars. I've had to step back and evaluate how I wanted to transition into my game design career. Despite the disappointments, I've had some fun and have been in high spirits. I've also attended my first convention where I showcased pretty Kitty Fuzzy. I was happy with the response I got from the patrons of RetroGameCon. Well I'm off now to work more on Pretty Kitty Fuzzy slated for a spring 2016 release. You can catch us at MAGFest in February showing off more Pretty Kitty Fuzzy. Thanks to all who have supported NGS.
While the team and I are working hard on Dead Plasma, I have been working on a secret small project at a student startup program. The project is a 2D side scrolling platformer dubbed "Project Boots". If you checked out our Facebook page, you'll see character scribble (wouldn't say it real art lol) of the main hero of the game. Anyways we are putting things into motion. Been kind of slow due to our teams individual situations. We will have more updates in the future so stay tuned. 'Til next time, Antoine Here is the sneak peek of one of the stages in Dead Plasma. Below is the concept art for the stage and the 3D rendering without textures. Here is the two pictures. Enjoy the Paris, France venue. We are pushing back our KickStarter campaign so we can get some fine tuning out of the way. Just some camera and scrolling tests for the game. Enjoy! We are heading back into the crowdfunding arena once again. This time we are using KickStarter to launch our project. We have a bunch of new layouts, pictures and rewards lined up for backers. It should be an exciting month for NGS. Hopefully it will fare better than our IndieGoGo campaign. LOL
Until next time, NGS Here is another update for Dead Plasma. We are demoing the camera and the 3D stages that you'll get to see in the game. Mind you they are not textured yet. Enjoy! |
